Psychonutrition is the integration of psychology and nutrition. It explores how your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors impact your eating habits and overall health — and vice versa. At Equilibra, we use psychonutrition to help you create sustainable change from the inside out.

Both options are available. Therapy focuses on long-term emotional exploration and healing, while coaching is more short-term and goal-oriented (usually 6–8 weeks). We help you choose the right path based on your needs.

Not at all. Many of our clients come to us without a formal diagnosis. Whether you’re dealing with emotional eating, stress, or just feeling stuck, we can support you through personalized sessions — no label required.

All sessions are currently conducted online, offering you flexibility, privacy, and comfort — no matter where you are in the world.
